The Estes Park Cycling Coalition runs a membership program, facilitates volunteer events to help cultivate a bicycle riding culture, and organizes group rides. The EPCC is run by a Board of Directors that work together with the common goal to enrich the community by providing alternative and safe means of transportation and recreation that spans generations. The EPCC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Membership funds are prioritized for bike-related projects that benefit Estes Park residents and guests such as supporting trail-building volunteer work, hosting Bike to Work Day & bike parade activities in June, and local advocacy efforts throughout the year.
