The Buffalo Bicycle Classic (BBC) is the largest scholarship fundraising event in the State of Colorado, and has raised over $4M for need/merit-based scholarships for Colorado high school graduates to attend CU Boulder since its inception in 2003. The BBC is held each year on the Sunday after Labor Day, and has eight courses ranging up to 100 miles, including the Epic up Boulder Canyon and along the Peak to Peak Highway and the family friendly Little Buff. The BBC Ride Manager works with the BBC Faculty Director and Board of Directors to oversee all of the details of hosting the ride each year, working closely with our sponsors, vendors, riders, donors, and volunteers, and serving as an advisor and mentor to our fifty Buffalo Bicycle Classic Scholars.
